BUDAPEST IS HISTORIC Tour
During my childhood, spent in the countryside and my background in folk dancing for 15 years I have made a strong connection with my country and culture. My love of folklore and tradition is one of the pillars of my persona ever to this day. About 20 years ago I’ve decided to make a big leap in my life and move to the illustrious city called Budapest for carrier and self-actualisation. One of my first flat rentals was in Kiraly utca which, funny enough, is one of the nicest and busiest places in the city centre now, but back then… it has changed a lot for the good to say the least. Every time when I go back to that location I am shocked how the city has changed in the last 20 years. I live here now but I can find new buildings and locations to discover and explore almost every day, thanks to the rich historic background of the city!
Regarding my earlier works, I’ve been into finance most of my life but when the opportunities came to travel, I got hooked immediately, I’ve decided to leave the noble yet boring lifestyle of working in a bank and switch to a job that is full of adventures, different cultures and unique new faces.
5 years ago I started working with Vox travel (one of the largest Central European tourism firms) as a tour guide and slowly but surely became the Budapest coordinator, whilst receiving papers in group coordination and management, tour organising, and tourism management. After these 5 years of hard work and constant learning I feel the confidence and the urge to take a more personal and private route in tourism.
With the experience right now, I am more than a professional tour guide in Budapest and it is more than a job to me, it is my hobby and my real love :)
It does not matter if you are coming alone, with group of friends or with family, I have hundreds of ideas to make your tour personal and unforgettable. Welcoming age groups ranging from 20 to 70 sets my two keywords: be flexible and personal. The meaning behind flexible and personal would be: there are no preset tours, no preset paths, it’s all up to you and our mutual agreement which options we take where and when we go. Depending on your choice of general transportation (walking tour, bus tour, boat tour, etc.) I can guarantee visiting the hidden, off the path local places and the most famous and established names, sights of Budapest. If you are considering to say longer and want to see more of this beautiful country I am more than happy to take you to the countryside the get a better grasp of this unique place on Earth.
